1. Introduction to Golf (5 minutes)- Explain what golf is and its basic rules. Show kids different golf clubs and balls.2. Safety Briefing (5 minutes)- Discuss range etiquette, including the importance of waiting for others and being aware of surroundings.
3. Warm-Up Exercises (5 minutes)-Lead simple stretching exercises focusing on arms, legs, and back.
4. Grip and Stance Basics (10 minutes)-Demonstrate how to hold a club (grip) and explain body alignment. Have kids practice their grip and stance individually.
